Who is this Programme for?

Perfect for all rider abilities from seasoned pros to those new to cycling, this programme is specifically designed to help you prepare for an early season challenge, maintain and build upon your summer fitness or simply boost your performance as we head into autumn.

Building momentum each week, our British Cycling Coaches focus on driving incremental improvements to your power, fitness and overall technique, with everyone benefiting from focused and structured training.

Dates: 30th September - 20th November 2019

Days: Monday and Wednesday evenings

Times: 8pm - 9:15pm

Pre and Post Testing: Wednesday 2nd October & Wednesday 20th November @ 8pm

If you have done a programme before but enjoy the camaraderie and performance gains of structured training with the same group for 8 weeks but don't need all the bells and whistle, then a lower tier option is recommended.
